Over the years, the International Conference on Machine Learning and Cybernetics (ICMLC) has emerged as the leading international gathering of people from academia and industry in the field of Machine Learning and Cybernetics. Likewise, the International Conference on Wavelet Analysis and Pattern Recognition (ICWAPR) is an outstanding research event emphasizing a unique synergy between the area of pattern recognition and wavelet analysis.
| For the first time, these two conferences are brought together offering a unique venue where researchers and practitioners from around the world gather together to interact, to inform, and to inspire. Leading world-class researchers, including leaders from IEEE, especially the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society, will serve as tutorial, keynote, and panel speakers. The attendees will have many opportunities to network and to discuss their research with these prominent researchers. The conference will provides a high quality venue for the broad dissemination of significant research results and innovative practices through conference presentations and published proceedings. Authors are invited to submit original papers that contain significant research results, development work, and innovative practices. The joint conference will be held in the city of Baoding - a place with long tradition and history that dates back to the Western Han Dynasty, that is 206 – 220 BC.
