(a) REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION LETTER
(b) IDENTIFICATION - Passport or Identification card with photo
For those who CANNOT attend the conference IN PERSON, you may ask another person (e.g. conference attendee) to pick up the following items ONLY:
(a)
The conference official registration receipt
(b)
ONE volume of the Conference Proceedings which contains the registered paper
(c)
A CD-ROM of the Conference Proceedings
No other items will be given out.This person MUST present the REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION LETTER of your registered paper. This third party request will be handled on 14 July and 15 July, 2008 only
1. Authors are required to arrive at the Oral Presentation Room 5 minutes before the start of the Oral Session.
2. A computer will be provided in each Oral Presentation Room. Bring a USB drive with your presentation file
3. Each presentation will be 15 minutes including Question and Answer session.
Poster Session Guideline:
1. Poster Authors are required to arrive at the Poster Room 5 minutes before the start of the Poster Session.
2. Each Poster is allocated as maximum Twelve A4-size papers or one page of size 89.1cm x 84cm paper as demonstrated below.
3. We highly recommend the poster to be printed in color.
4. The Poster should have: 6.1 Paper Title 6.2 Author List 6.3 Affiliation of Authors 6.4 Problem Statement 6.5 Techniques Employed 6.6 Main Results 6.7 Experimental Works and Analysis 6.8 Novelty of the Research Work 6.9 One or Two Key References 6.10 Contact Address of the Corresponding Author
